Google User Data

When you choose “Sign in with Google,” we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google Account. We do not request access to any other Google data.

How we use it: We use this information only to create and sign in to your Let Them Go account, show your name in the app, and contact you about your account. That includes email about your account, such as no-contact milestone messages. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

How we store it: It is stored in Firebase Authentication and our database on Google Cloud Platform, protected by the security measures described below.

How we share it: We do not sell Google user data. We share it only with the service providers listed in this policy that host and operate the app on our behalf (Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, OneSignal, and RevenueCat), or when required by law. We do not share it with TikTok.

Deletion: You can delete your account and this data at any time from the app’s settings, or by emailing team@tryletthemgo.com.

Apple Sign In

We provide a “Sign in with Apple ID” option that allows us to collect your email or private relay email (if you use the “Hide My Email” feature). This option also allows us to see personal info you’ve made publicly available via your Apple account, such as your first and last name.

Data Rent and Resale

If you use the community, posts and comments you publish are visible to other members. Your community profile shows a public no-contact streak.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account from the app’s settings. Deletion removes your sign-in and account data from our servers and from the services that store it for us (RevenueCat, OneSignal). Public posts and comments stay visible without your name, shown as “Deleted user.” Active App Store or Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the store.
